Sassy lady, gettin crazyIn preparation for my enrollment at Johnson and Wales University, I have been lucky enough to get a job in a kitchen! I am finally cooking again and it honestly feels great. I feel like I had this big complicated if not glorified idea of cooking, and when it comes down to it, it’s about great ingredients, preparation and being well thought out that creates a unique and delicious experience. Although I have only worked three days so far I am picking up my old skills again. Back on the line, and loving it.
